Hey you! Jeg har et lille hjælpende tip til jer derude, der uheldigvis en gang i mellem kan opleve dage hvor i føler jeg totalt nede. Det sker for os alle sammen og man kan bare ikke få sine tanker væk fra det, UANSET hvad. Men jeg har undersøgt det lidt og det siges, at løbe skulle være med til at kontrollere sine følelser, så man bliver mindre påvirket af det triste. Jeg håber i vil gøre brug af det en dag, i skulle gå hen og føle jeg dårligt tilpas, som jeg selvfølgelig aldrig ønsker for nogen, men det sker for os alle sammen. Livet har både ups and downs. Tak for i læste med, i må have en god tirsdag aften.

 


 

Hey you! I have a helping tip for you out there who unfortunately from time to time may experience days where you feel completely down. It happens to all of us and you just cannot get your mind off it, NO MATTER what. But I’ve studied it a little and it is said, that running will help to control your emotions so you will be less affected by your sadness. I hope you will make a use of it one day, you have an uncomfortable day. I of course never wish that for anyone, but it happens to all of us. Life has both ups and downs. Train 10, spare 40 minutes – same effect!

Hey you! Hvis du er en person som går op i at træne en gang i mellem, men i virkeligheden ikke har særlig meget tid til det, kan du i stedet for at træne 50 minutter, træne 10 minutter – og det har faktisk den samme effekt!

Vidste du?

  • At hvis du træner i ét minut med høj intensitet, efterfulgt af 9 minutters træning ved moderat intensitet, giver det den samme effekt som hvis du trænede 50 minutter med moderat intensitet. God træning!

 


Hey you! If you are a person who wants to train once in a while, but doesn’t have the time for it, you can instead of training 50 minutes, train 10 minutes – and it has the same effect!

Did you know?

  • That if you exercise for one minute at high intensity, followed by a 9-minute workout at a moderate intensity, it gives the same effect, as if you were training 50 minutes with moderate intensity. Good training!
